We are fully committed to ensuring that every talented Kenyan finds a platform to hone their skills and turn their passion into a livelihood. The Kenya Academy of Sports (KAS) is central to this mission, as it plays a key role in identifying, nurturing, and supporting our sportsmen and women in reaching their full potential.
Today, I visited KAS, met with the institution’s management, and deliberated on how best we can maximise the Academy’s potential. KAS is vital to our broader plan to revitalise sports across the country.
By working together, we can ensure the academy becomes a powerhouse that drives the identification and development of talent while creating opportunities for our youth to monetise their abilities and thrive.
The ministry remains committed to supporting this journey and providing opportunities for all Kenyans, from every corner of the country, to build better lives through their talents.
