YOUTH EMPOWERMENT AND MOTIVATION BY UASIN GISHU COUNTY CEC ENG. LUCY NG’ENDO

County Executive for Youth Affairs, Eng Lucy Ng’endo has called on the youth to maintain personal hard work and determination even as they agitate for space in governance.

Eng Ng’endo says that as young people want to have a say in leadership and programs in society, they ought to keep in mind that “kujituma” is inevitable.

She was categorical that determination to prosper and working hard towards that vision is a personal conviction and drive.

“It is everyone’s dream to get that good job and or set up that business. However, how well you grow in that job, get promoted to higher positions, demand and on a personal determination.”

The county minister was speaking as she opened the new college space for Eldoret (Mwangi’z) Beauty College at Amani Building in Eldoret City.

Eng Ng’endo also called on the youth to embrace technical skills training, like hairdressing and tailoring.
