KASAMUEL MCOURE RESPONDS TO CRITICS AFTER BOMAS PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

“I have consistently maintained that a revolution is not a popularity contest. I took to the streets because I was deeply troubled by the impoverished and miserable lives my people and I were enduring.

We ventured into the streets, driven by the realization that we had nothing to lose but our wretched existence. My actions were not motivated by a desire for approval, but by a resolute commitment to the betterment of our country.

I will tirelessly advocate for the improvement of our people’s social and material conditions, as well as for the stability of our nation. Even if this pursuit diminishes my popularity, I will remain steadfast.

The internet has never been a platform for my endorsement. If this struggle costs me employment, so be it. Our youth are grappling with the scourge of unemployment. And if it ultimately costs me my life, I have repeatedly stated that I am prepared to make that sacrifice.

I shall fulfill my duty with honesty and integrity, speaking truth to power whenever the opportunity arises. I will champion a stable Kenya where all of us can thrive. It is achievable.

If you disapprove of my methods of advocating for change, I urge you to take action and be the change you desire to see.”
